Open Stack

hi all:

I want to change flavor of an existing nova instance in horizon web, but
nova-compute encounters the following error:

my openstack(havana) is installed in ubuntu 12.04,
root at node1:~# dpkg -l|grep kvm

Is it a nova bug, or my configuration error?
