[Openstack] Ceilometers receives nothing.

Hello,
Seems like only mongo supports the kind of aggregation the resource
usage page needs.I have just
figured that myself today, though the exception is not caught correctly
in the Horizon, as i have noticed.
It has to be fixed so it properly shows the error.
