[Openstack] Error authenticating, Try again later

Thanks for your response. I did unstack.sh too soon and restarted
stack.sh. Usually a fresh stack fixes the error. But I am sure i'll run
into it again. So, can you kindly outline the high level steps i should
follow when i run into it again?
