Hello everyone, Next projects to publish a release candidate in preparation for the Grizzly release are OpenStack Image Service (Glance and OpenStack Object Storage (Swift). The RC1s are available for download at: https://launchpad.net/glance/grizzly/grizzly-rc1 https://launchpad.net/swift/grizzly/1.8.0-rc1 Congrats to the Glance and Swift development teams! Unless release-critical issues are found that warrant a release candidate respin, those RC1s will be formally released as the Glance 2013.1 and Swift 1.8.0 final versions on April 4. You are therefore strongly encouraged to test and validate those tarballs. Alternatively, you can directly test the milestone-proposed branches at: https://github.com/openstack/glance/tree/milestone-proposed https://github.com/openstack/swift/tree/milestone-proposed If you find an issue that could be considered release-critical, please file it at: https://bugs.launchpad.net/glance/+filebug https://bugs.launchpad.net/swift/+filebug and tag it *grizzly-rc-potential* to bring it to the release crew's attention. Note that the "master" branches of Glance and Swift are now open for Havana development, and feature freeze restrictions no longer apply. Regards, -- Thierry Carrez (ttx) Release Manager, OpenStack
