[Openstack] Grizzly G3+RC1 - Quantum DHCP problem...

It seems be about sudo.
to create one sudo file under /etc/sudoers.d
mine is: nova_sudoers:
Defaults:gongysh !requiretty
gongysh ALL = (ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL
