Well, now I at least have a different problem.  I'm getting a crash, which seems to be related to the problem shown at <https://lists.launchpad.net/openstack/msg21313.html>.  From the file /var/crash/_usr_bin_keystone-all.107.crash:

I just wish it would tell me which *LINE* in /etc/keystone/keystone.conf was causing problems....
