[Openstack] How to deploy OpenStack on thousands of nodes?

Hi Brent,

Thanks for your reply! But we are afraid that Rabbitmq needs broadcast to
work correctly and usually broadcast is not available in cross-subnets
deployments. That is what we are worrying about...
