[Openstack] Ubuntu Grizzly packages for 12.10

Hi Kevin,
Thanks for the link. It appears that my case is not explicitly supported, running Folsom on 12.10 is only supported. I'll take a look when I'm on my server, but if grizzly-2 packages are released for 12.04, then it'll be possible to point my 12.10 system at the 12.04 repo and it should "just work" ;)
