[Openstack] Bypassing the keypair in Folsom

Hi Balu:

Before launching an instance, you have to create a keypair
(YOUR_DASHBOARD_IP/dashboard/nova/access_and_security/).
Then, next time you launch an instance, you can choose that keypair created
previously.
