[Openstack] Help with Glance

i think command like the following way may solve your problem:
# glance add is_public=true name="Ubuntu 12.04 UEC" container_format=
ovf disk_format=qcow2 < precise-server-cloudimg-amd64.img

use "# glance help" to get more details
