[Openstack] Nova - Switch Network mode

Even being extremely difficult what would have to be done? we can stop the VMs if that helps.

You will just have to do some tweaking of the nwfilter rules of the vm. An even easier solution would be to just make a bastion vm that the collaborators can ssh through.
