The Python Software Foundation, maintainers of the IP behind the Python language, are currently fighting a trademark claim against a company in the UK that is trying to trademark the use of the term "Python" for all software, services, and servers apparently as part of branding their cloud service. If you work for a company with an office in an EU Community member state, the PSF would appreciate your help documenting the community's prior claim to the name "Python".
