Hi Rajshree,

Me also found the solution. It was giving this because of the 
configuration of keystone and neutron in the controller node and the 
compute node.

I had to redo everything from scratch so I can understand why its failing.

At the end, it's a matter of configuration. But it took me days to 
figure out.

I'm on Havana with saucy ubuntu.
