I should clarify this a bit to keep expectations realistic: Grenade is not
a tool for performing upgrades, especially on production deployments.  It
is designed for testing the common upgrade path to detect when unexpected
incompatabilities arise.  It uses DevStack to set up the running system so
right there it is not suitable for production use.

It is useful to look at to get an idea of the minimum that needs to be done
during an upgrade, though.
