Hi!

>From my Ubuntu Desktop, I can easily access my OpenStack Compute nodes and
its Instances with Virt-Manager... Also, from root user at your compute
node, your probably can use the command "virsh edit instance-xxxxxxx" to
add the CD...

My Hypervisors (Compute nodes) are based on Ubuntu 12.04 + KVM.

I do not keep changing the Instances VM configurations using virt-manager,
only from OpenStack Dashboard but, it is helpful when something gets wrong
with a Instance, so, when this happens, add a CD to it, attach the
sysrescuecd ISO, fix it, detach, remove the virtual CD drive and restart
the Instance...

I think that this procedure will not hurt your OpenStack but, would be nice
to hear from someone more expert... =)

If someone else says that this is bad, don't do it.

Best,
Thiago
