[Openstack] Instance cannot access internet

Still cannot get out to the internet.  I change my subnet to192.168.100.0/24 which should be able to communicate now.
But I still have the same problem. Could it be a problem with br-ex or br-int? Do I need to add my external NIC on my host to the br-ex bridge?

On the network topology view the gateway for the public network still does not display properly. Like it is missing.

This is my ovs-vsctl show results
    Bridge br-ex

        Port "qg-1be1e87e-73"
            Interface "qg-1be1e87e-73"
                type: internal
        Port br-ex
            Interface br-ex
                type: internal
    Bridge br-int
        Port br-int
            Interface br-int
                type: internal
        Port "qvo2a3d522a-28"
            tag: 1
            Interface "qvo2a3d522a-28"
        Port "tap2a713313-38"
            tag: 1
            Interface "tap2a713313-38"
                type: internal
        Port "qr-c1f31811-32"
            tag: 1
            Interface "qr-c1f31811-32"
                type: internal
    ovs_version: "1.4.3"

Thanks again

That means, machines in range 192.168.100.96 to 192.168.100.127 would be able to communicate among each other. 192.168.100.1/24 or 192.168.100.1/27 won't be able to communicate with the public-ip address range(192.168.100.96/27) which you have specified because of subnetting.
