[Openstack] [OpenStack] Grizzly: Does metadata service work when overlapping IPs is enabled

Yes the file /etc/avahi/avahi-autoipd.action seems to add the route in
question. But i did a service avahi-daemon stop and deleted the route and
disabled/enabled the network and the route still got added. But at least
now I know where the problem is. I'll explore further.
