[Openstack] HA with pacemaker on Folsom

Hi Jean-Daniel,
they have the default UID that were given to them when they were created on the system - so it' s not the same on both. As for the user, the mysql dir belongs to the mysql user and the rabbitmq to the rabbitmq user
MySQL : 700 (/var/lib/mysql)
RabbitMQ : 755 (/var/lib/rabbitmq)
