Open Stack

My two penneth worth:

I'd be confused as to what the difference between "general" and "operators"
would be and would result in people posting to both - so that goes for
openstack at ... openstack-general at ... and openstack-operators@

It would seem that there is a clear distinction between development
questions (-dev), announcements (-announce) and then anything else (people
asking for help from a variety of skill levels) - so:

openstack at ...
openstack-dev@
openstack-announce@
openstack-security@

Would be my vote (sorry for adding in -security, would that be considered?)
