[Openstack] Command to find out list of compute nodes

Hello,

The two servers time clock is off by 2 seconds, so obvious not time
synced. I will work on getting that fixed. The compute node is ahead by
about 2 seconds. Would that cause such a problem?

Regards,
Ahmed.
