[Openstack] Controller node vs. compute node terminology

Just to follow up on this feedback, absolutely agree with the
suggestion and we want to have a basic install guide and an advanced
install guide. The advanced would describe all the possibilities and
try to get closer to "real" deployment. We had wanted to fully
document the Mediawiki deployment or the TryStack deployment, for
example. What we need now is a re-write of the "Install and Deploy
Guide" to which you refer to become the advanced guide, and rely more
on the basic guide for that "just get me started" level of guidance.
