[Openstack] Where to add the performance increasing method in openstack

Hi ,

          Yes  I mean node as compute node. right now we prepared the new
algorithm and we are on the implementing phase .
Actually we created a program by using that algorithm. Program is developed
by using the java . How we can add that program
to the nova-scheduler .
