[Openstack] [OpenStack Foundation] Network Controller on a separate server

Yes this is perfectly possible to run it on a seperate host, the only
criteria should be that you need 1 public interface and 1 compute network
interface for the vm traffic. Also you might require to configure your
nova.conf differently then the compute hosts.
