Can you try downloading the package specified in the below url .

Send

Install them .

root at openstack:/etc/apt# find / -iname *conf.ini
/etc/quantum/plugins/linuxbridge/linuxbridge_conf.ini

Nope, these packages already installed.
Look like that package with Linux Bridge plugin is missing in repository or merged with another.
