[Openstack] Nova scheduler

When I tried this on post-essex release code, I got :
	error: unrecognized arguments: --force_hosts=<hostname>

Try --hint force_hosts=<hostname> instead

you should use admin credentials  ,then run instances  by adding  an option --force_hosts=node1  to nova boot  .
