Open Stack

Hi everyone,
 
I am interested in the blueprint restart services: 
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/devstack/+spec/restart-services.
I have not idea about its status now. I have just subscribed to this 
blueprint.
Can anyone tell how I can participate in this blueprint, including 
checking the features, checking out the codes for this branch?
