Um, OK. How do I specify where to migrate to?

nova help migrate
usage: nova migrate [--poll] <server>

Migrate a server.

Positional arguments:
  <server>  Name or ID of server.

Optional arguments:
  --poll    Blocks while instance migrates so progress can be reported.

Slightly confused. :)
