Just for future reference: filing a bug against Ubuntu packaging for a
given OpenStack package is done through:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nova
and click on "Report a bug"

or, for bugs that already exist, add a packaging bug task:
Click "Also affects distribution"
Distribution: Ubuntu, Source package name: nova

(replace "nova" by "swift" or "python-glanceclient" as necessary)
