[Openstack] Nova Pacemaker Resource Agents

Hey,

that's great, but how do you handle RabbitMQ in-between?

I kind of achieved it w/o OCF agents but used native upstart support of
Pacemaker, however,
OCF's are much more nicer, and still, I'd be interested in how you solved
the RabbitMQ issue.
