[Openstack] Horizon - OfflineGenerationError

Hi,

This worked perfectly on Centos 6.3. 

github.com/beloglazov/openstack-centos-kvm-glusterfs/

The hostname stuff can trip you up however. Watch out for the scripts creating user at controller users in the database for keystone, nova, glance et al. It seems user at localhost would be more sensible.
