[Openstack] "multi-host" mode in quantum

Hey Guys,

it's a good point. I hope this option will include in Grizzly. We get
now (since the switch to Quantum) network I/O bottlenecks without using
all NIC's of our nodes.
So I'm looking forward to Grizzly ....
