[Openstack] Lunr Update

Hi Andi,

There was the initial blue print  at:
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/nova/+spec/integrate-block-storage

And the notes from the discussion at the design summit at:
http://etherpad.openstack.org/lunr-blueprint

There are also discussion post summit archived on the mailing lists.

There should be clearer docs and information available when we make the
initial code relase.
