Because Quantum is still in incubation, the tag is not created automatically and I forgot to do it manually after sending out the release email last night. essex-2 tag is now created: https://github.com/openstack/quantum/tags Dan p.s. thanks to Ghe for also pointing this out to me in a separate email.
