python-novaclient was a separate project, it only got recently (post
Essex-1) included as part of Nova. So it was never formally "released"
as part of openstack in any way (yet). It will be tagged for Essex-2 for
sure... I suspect we could tag a previous version with some random tag
if that helps you, but it wouldn't mean that much ?
