Open Stack

I didn't check dashboard since long time ago, so I'm a little bit out of 
date, later I might try test it myself and help you. However today, in 
about half an hour, is Openstack IRC meeting. You might want ask there 
about both keystone and dashboard status, since I think everything 
points them.
