[Openstack] Problems connecting Dashboard and Nova

Thanks Mark,

I'm trying your nova.sh script. I run it in a clean Ubuntu instance as
'nova.sh install'. However it didn't start the nova processes.

Please let me know what is the correct way of runnig the scrpt to get
everything running.
