Open Stack

If anyone is interested in working on the IP Address Management (IPAM) Service, we have some time set up to dig into the nuts-and-bolts of getting this off the ground tomorrow. We'll be meeting in the Camino Real room (on the 2nd floor) at 11:30AM (Friday). 

Also, I propose that we code name the project Melange. It maps well to the emerging notice of a mix of responsibilities in the network services space. It also is a nice reference point for any Dune fans.
