Hello everyone,

We are 3 weeks away from the start of the Diablo OpenStack Design
Summit, which will start on Wednesday, April 27 and end on Friday, April 29.

Like in San Antonio, the schedule for those 3 days is made of sessions
the developer community proposes, so we need your input now.

If you attend the design summit and want to submit a session topic,
please follow the process described in:
http://wiki.openstack.org/Summit

Large new features for Diablo and "E" should be discussed at the summit
to give the developer community a chance to participate in its design.

Note that you have a choice between requesting a "review" session (25
min., if your plan is mostly ready), or a "discussion" session (55 min.,
if your subject needs more input from the crowd). Please set the
"Definition status" on your proposed session accordingly.

Note that your proposed topic will not immediately appear under the
accepted sessions at:
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/sprints/ods-d

It will first need to be reviewed by the track lead (Vish for Nova, Jay
for Glance, John for Swift, me for generic discussions and other
projects). Some sessions around similar subjects may be merged.

All sessions proposed before EOD April 19 will be reviewed and
considered for inclusion. You can still propose a session after that cut
date, but there is no guarantee we'll be able to review it or include it
in the schedule.

Please ping me on IRC if you have any question on the process.
Cheers,
