真的非常非常非常抱歉(非常有誠意所有要講三次)，明天早上雖然原本已在台北開會，但中午又臨時得趕回新竹有重要議題需跟董事長匯報，因此不克出席明天委員會。

要特別麻煩請各組長們(Brian, Wenyu, Joseph, Terence Chris and
Darren)幫忙一下，提出各組進度與待討論或配合事項，會議中能有共識的議題就直接定案記錄下來，未有共識的議題若有時效性，我可以會後幫忙協調跟催盡快定案，原則上三月中左右再開會一次，就應該可以正式推出活動，謝謝。

討論結論：

l   OpenStack Day Taiwan 2017為單日，於07/18（三）舉辦。

l   採收費制參與，確保參與者的需求意向；票價上限為NT$1000元，建議區是$500~600元

l   盡量降低規格與開支，讓贊助費用降低，以利生態系業者投注參與。

l   在活動舉辦前數週，以最低成本舉辦FB直播，讓廠商與專家在網路上暢談相關議題；委員會可以針對演說內容擇優頒獎。

Subject: New OpenStack Days logos - interested in your feedback...

Hi Everyone,



Exciting News!  We have just finished creating the new 2017 OpenStack Days
logo's, and would love to get your feedback before Monday, January 23rd.



The attached OpenStack Days logo slide deck includes the following:

   - Slide 1 - an example of what the new logo would look like on event
   signage
   - Slide 2 - the new primary logo
   - Slide 3 - displays the various versions of the logo that would be
   available for OSD organizers to use
   - Slide 4 - shows an example of the logo used as a twitter header
   - Slide 4 - the new circular logo has a transparent format so it can be
   used in various applications such as an overlay for a screen shot or photo.
   Example shown below.

Our thoughts about the new logo design:

   - The design takes clean visual cues from the new OpenStack Foundation
   logo
   - Has a consistent look and feel with the new OpenStack User Group logos
   - Circular logo can support up to 15 characters
   - Horizontal and vertical treatments give OSD organizers a choice of 3
   logo formats
   - Circular logo also includes a transparent treatment so it can easily
   work as an overlay to photography or illustrations or swag
