All,
Quick updates from our informal gathering ...
Thanks to the awesome work of the Hackathon Taiwan team, we have
* Resolved not to charge a registration fee for this first time, since
Hackathon Taiwan estimates that this will severely hinder our ability to
reach the required 200 people.
* Updated the KKTix Registration Page, to now list information about the
cloud platform and add sponsor logos -
http://hackathon.kktix.cc/events/2016-mar-openstack-hackathon
* Updated the KKTix Registration Form, to add a box for team name
* Launched a basic website http://openstack.hackathon.tw/ which will
have the full information about everything and more prominently discuss
sponsor contributions - it will be the page we promote.
Myself, Joanna and the Taiwan Hackathon team now have access to the
KKTix Registration page.
The Website can be updated by sending a pull request to the github
repository I sent in the previous email.
Actions todo tomorrow:
* Revise the KKTix registration page, especially adding information
about the team registration process (what to put in the team name box)
* Update the content on the website to contain everything from the
document listed on the etherpad
Regards,
Tom
