Dear Rico

One more question.   What kind of switch will we use for this event
If I remember correctly,  we are going to use Qct brand  switch.

Our IT does not familiar with Qct switch.
  Do we need somebody from Qct to support Qct switch  ?

It will be nice to have hardware and OpenStack maintainer for this task.

Hardware - we need someone to help with maintaining hardwares(servers or switches)
OpenStack - Who ever have OpenStack maintain experience are very welcome, We need fallowing role for this task:

  1.  OpenStack Maintainer during event, to monitoring OpenStack and Operate it as admin role to help each team for some admin only operations
  2.  QA and RD before event who can help on evaluate platform to make sure it's usable and improve performance for it.
  3.  Fuel Maintainer to help install Fuel before event, and maintain Fuel during event to prevent any Disaster to happen

As for Sahara, Swift, and Murano it will be nice if anyone familiar with it and willing to join us as mentor for it.
We still short for a Swift speaker, trying to find some one from swiftstack to cover it, and will be nice to have other option here:)

Would you please let us know what are the  requirements for these volunteers
And how much time do they need to spend for this task.

i.e  Do they need to have experience with Fuel ,  Sahara, swift, Murano ?
       What kind of duties ?

Qct provide Hardwares switches and around 10 servers.
Will install Fuel version of OpenStack on top with sahara, swift and Murano ability on top.
Recruiting Maintainers for above platform to help with operate during event, install platform and evaluate test on top before event.
Current have five maintainers from inwinSTACK, and we need more. Any volunteers :) ?

For schedule, hardware will be able to construct on venue one week before event (hope can be more then a week but depends on hardware ).

I will have a discuss with QCT engineers about the platform design this week(Friday I think) to make sure all software and hardware design are compatible with each other, and hope we will get good result from it.
