Dear Tom,

 

Before the website of OpenStack Day Taiwan 2015 release, we would like to have your kindly support for 3 things. (If you have more suggestions, please don’t hesitate to let us know.)

 

The 1st 

Thank the foundation for USD$5000 support, the Taiwan User Group (Mac Jack) would like to arrange volunteers to watch over a booth for the foundation.

We think that the booth can provide the attendees information about how to contribute OpenStack, and how to be a member of it.

In this case, we need help for the foundation as below:

Mac Jack, please feedback your suggestions and needs as below to Tom.

1.          Can the foundation provide uniforms for the volunteers?

2.          Can the foundation provide some souvenirs, like T-shit or stickers, for the booth?

3.          Can the foundation provide some DM, White Paper, brochure, or books for the booth?

4.          We might invite some guest speakers to stay at the booth that attendees can ask for more insight, and will there be anyone from the foundation to join them as well?

5.          Will the booth need better power, internet access, and any other special requirements?

6.          Please provide us the printing materials before July 24th for the booth decoration.

l   Booth size: W200cm*H250cm*D200cm

l   Backplane size: W200cm*H150cm｜at least 100dpi｜PDF, JPG, AI （shall provide the schematic diagrams and the Assembly will print them out uniformly)

l   Logo banner : W200cm*H40cm(with clip light) （The sponsors provide the logo and the Assembly will have audiovisual adjustment)）

l   Booth table: W180cm*H75cm* 1

l   Chairs*2

l   Basic power supply: 110V/5A /2 holes

The 3rd 

There will be 3 questions about Personal Information Authority on the registration sheet, and please kindly let us know if anything should be adjust.

I agree the organizers and sponsors of the OpenStack Day Taiwan 2015 using my personal contact information to provide me business marketing information after the event.

R 不同意 I don't agree.（不須同意也能報名 You can still register the event）
