Open Stack

Dear All,

It is 12:30 right now. The meeting room I booked right after last meeting is started at 1:30 pm. If we still communicate whether or not do we have a meeting for today. I do not think the meeting in this afternoon will be happened.

Besides, I assume everyone is busy at business so that meeting time normally booked in advance. I thought we agree the date of meeting since last meeting and it is confirmed on the meeting minute. Everyone attended last meeting has expected to have the meeting today. I have to say the meeting room for such a big broad to attend need to be booked in advanced for us. I really do not know if GigaCloud can arrange the meeting room if the date is changed in a short notice.

Just talked to GigaMedia that they have booked the meeting room for this meeting for today. Can you please suggest if you can make it to this meeting today in the afternoon or do you prefer to reschedule this meeting?
