Hi Ashlee,

A minor suggestion. To better promote the CFP in Chinese community, perhaps
we could create a post in wechat by using these sample social media posts
<https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/ShanghaiPCPromo> . If there is a post, I
am happy to share it in my wechat moment.
