Open Stack

The Alternates from your Team list will all have a Lightning Talks 
spot.  The Container track has 10 Alternates. You don't have to do 
anything special to designate them beyond placing them in your Team 
Selection. From there, the Speaker Support team will communicate the 
relevant info to alternates.

We don't have time at this point for programming changes, but I'll note 
the request on bg color of team selections for next Summit.
