Open Stack

Hey Tyler,

Thanks for the heads up. That's actually an incorrect allocation. HPC / 
GPU / AI and Public Cloud didn't have any workshops submitted, thus the 
N/A. Open Source Community should have 1 i/o Public Cloud.  Here's an 
amended spreadsheet, put into Google Docs to (hopefully) avoid confusion 
moving forward.
