This is still ongoing. I apologize for the delay.  We found a bug with 
one of the javascript libraries that we're using and we're working on a 
patch.

Given that this has removed about 24 hours worth of time for you Track 
Chairs, we're going to extend the deadline to March 3.  If you CAN get 
things done by March 2, please let us know (some tracks already have) so 
we can start working on building out the schedule for those tracks.

Thanks for your patience and I will continue to update.
