[Openstack-track-chairs] Suggestion: Allowing to unselect a selection

Yeah, it's less a bug than a feature. The idea is that you'd touch each 
of the selections and make some judgement about them. If you want to 
come back to it later, mark it as Interested.  That said, the method 
Melvin recommends will work.

Again, I would like to stress. This first round is NOT about making your 
final selections. This should just be a review to make sure things are 
in the right category :)
