[Openstack-track-chairs] Suggestions (for next time around)

We have now added the following:

* What Attendees Expect to Learn (this fell off the track chair tool 
from last round)
* Under speaker profile, if they have a public Speakers Bureau profile, 
their name will be linked and the SB profile will open in a new tab.
