Hmm. Great question. We have a few presentations that use the same title 
each go round, but with different content. I'm not sure what the 
specifics are on this talk, but you have a fair amount of latitude to 
discuss it with the speakers :) If you think it's a good talk, feel free 
to reach out and try to help them make it better.
